About ACI Limited
In then eastern Pakistan, ACI was set up in 1968 as the subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI). Following independence, ICI Bangladesh Manufacturers Limited and also Public limited Companies were formed in Bangladesh on 24 January 1973. The Company was also listed on 28 December 1976 on the Dhaka Stock Exchange. Its maiden stock trade was held on 9 March 1994. Later on 5 May 1992, ICI plc allocated to local management 70 percent of its shares. The business was subsequently recorded on behalf of Advanced Chemical Industries Limited. Chittagong Börse was listed on 22 October 1995.

Occupation Responsibilities
• Implementing relevant methodology and guidance of the Quality Management framework (QMS) (IS0-9001) and Environmental Management System (EMS) (IS0-14001) to guarantee consistency to the quality approach of the Organization.
• Keeping passage of issue and return the amount of RM on programming-based stock administration under allocation of prevalent.
• Communicating with a client based on necessity.
• Preparing and keeping up all kinds of records for example GRN, NCR, discount, issue and return and SOP for a particular region.
• Maintaining authority of all loads of RM of Pharma, Animal wellbeing, Servier and Consumer Brands Products.
• Ensuring requirement of cGMP and GWP consistency, wellbeing and security guidelines inside the distribution center regions.
• Preparing SOPs (standard working technique) for product house exercises and supplies according to unrivaled view.
• Co-ordinating with QAD, Production, Commercial, Finance and Marketing division with the product house exercises.
• Keeping positive contact with Narcotics Authorities.
• Ensuring that all reports in regards to the stock are being sent consistently.
• Ensuring and assembling demand of RM from the Production office, QAD, PD and Compliance.
• Ensuring stock compromise each quarter/half-yearly at "o" level variety.
• Reporting any irregularities in RM getting to chief immediately.
• Assuring the right characteristics/amounts of materials.
• Ensuring legitimate usage of staff, Warehouse supplies and instruments.
• Ensuring security and keep great housekeeping in an efficient way according to the methodology and directions of QMS and EMS.
• Carrying out some other task given by the manager.
