WellDev is actively looking for a Digital Media Specialist responsible for the strategy and execution of social media campaigns and initiatives requested by the leadership team members. The Digital Media Specialist will support ongoing efforts to assess the return and effectiveness of campaigns and deliver strategy and recommendations for maximum results. This position is strategic and hands-on and requires executing on time under immediate demands and requests in a fast-paced environment. This position must also consult on enhanced digital and marketing efforts that would improve and support marketing KPI goals and outcomes. This could include email marketing, display advertising, photography, and creative video makings. Responsibilities: - Create different content (graphical, article, photos, and videos) for digital marketing, maintaining brand identity and style guide
- Review posts, comments, reviews, photos, videos, and live streaming content according to the social network’s policies and maintain consistent communication with customers and prospective job applicants.
- Ability to develop and execute policy, strategies, and measurements of success
- Create and deploy a social media calendar and track the success of social media campaigns
- Conduct research and stay up to date with current trends for improving efficiency & marketing strategies
- Arrange, coordinate and follow up social media weekly and monthly meetings
- Able to handle multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively, collaboratively with team members and draw up daily activity report
- Create content for print media such as banners, x banners, business cards, ID cards, etc., as per company needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:- At least three years of work experience in social media and/or digital marketing, including proven experience in developing and leading strategy campaigns
- A solid grasp of word of mouth/digital marketing, a strong social media footprint, and acute knowledge of emerging trends and technologies
- Sound knowledge of photography and camera equipment
- A flair for writing and telling of inspiring and catching stories
- Solid understanding of design principles, design theory, brand identity, and brand strategy.
- Solid knowledge of using different editing tools (photoshop, illustrator, lightroom, bridge, etc.).
- Knowledge of best practices of different social networks (like Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
- Good time-management skills
- Video editing skill will be considered as an added qualifications
- Surface level knowledge of software engineering, methodologies, and software companies is a plus
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Ability to think critically and make quick decisions

Compensation & Other Benefits: - Monthly package range is from BDT 40,000 - 70,000 based on skills and experience
